You're not alone if you have questions. I get them all the time, and I encourage you to ask me anything you can't find out on my website or your guides! I made this page of frequently asked questions to help answer the most common ones, even some you may not have even thought about! Take a look and like I said, Don't be afraid to reach out!

There is no set number! I don't like to cap how many photos I give because each session is differnt and varies in how many photos are taken. I don't give a certain amount becaues I also don't want to limit on how many photos you'll get from your wedding day or session. If the session has a lot of movement and variation, there will be more photos if that makes sense! I almost always give more than my clients expect and plenty to choose from!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU INCLUDE?

I can not photoshop yourself into a new person. I will adjust things that do not normally appear on a daily basis or are not existent in your photo (acne/bruises/scrapes.. ect.. unless you want me to include them!) I believe you are beautiful the way you are, and I won't alter you! If you are self conscious about anything, just let me know in advance and we can make sure you're comfortable the day of shoot with poses.

No, apart of the images is my edits and what gives them their magical finished look! If you're hiring me, I hope that you already like the way I edit. I don't sell the RAW files as well. I promise not to miss any important images in your gallery and If I may have not included a photo you were hoping for or I accidentally got someones eyes closed and you want to see if I have one where they're open (cuz we all make mistakes!) I'm happy to go back and take a look for ya. Just let me know.

Do you give out the RAW files? Can I pay extra for them?

Yes, Sometimes. They're just not my focus so I don't show those sessions often. I am most comfortable with smaller family groups of 4 or less. I'm not great with newborns (just being honest) but get along fine with todlers and kids! I'm all for doing a lifestyle session with a newborn however, and maternity photos.

HOW DO YOU EDIT

I edit each session a little differently, depending on how it went. I like to communicate the feel of the session through my edits. If a day was more warm, dark, moody then it'll reflect in your images. If it was bright and sunny and green.. you'll see that reflected. You'll get a variety of film looking edits along with your smooth creamy edits. The images are meant to fit how your day was, not fit my feed. BUT I do have a consistent style which you can see on all my social platforms.

I split your payment into two payments. One third due when you book, which is a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and my time booked. The rest is due at least 2 weeks prior to your date. I'm happy to break payments up after your deposit payment to work with your schedule and make things affordable for you. Your mom or dad is allowed to pay but they have to work out the payment through you as you are the client and not them. This saves from complications & miscommunications

If you've already put down a deposit on a date and need to move or cancel the date, that deposit is legally non-refundable and you'll need to make a new deposit for a new date to be held.

If the weather is not too bad then we can embrace it! If it's raining so hard that my gear will get damaged and it will just be awful.. I'm happy to reschedule with no fee for a new date.
