There is no set number, particularly when it comes to storytelling wedding photography! I don't like to cap how many photos I provide, because each wedding or session is different. For example, if your day has a lot of movement and variation then there may be more photos! I almost always provide more images than my clients expect, so don’t worry – you’ll have plenty to choose from.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU INCLUDE?

I believe you are beautiful the way you are, and I won't alter or Photoshop you into a new person! I will adjust things that don’t normally appear (for example, acne/bruises/scrapes etc.), unless you want me to include them. If you’re self-conscious about anything, just let me know in advance and we can make sure you're comfortable on the day of the shoot.

Part of my service as a cinematic wedding photographer is editing, which gives your photos their magical finished look! If you're hiring me, I hope that you already like the way I edit. I don't sell the RAW files, either, but I promise not to miss any important images in your gallery. If I haven’t included a photo you were hoping for, or I accidentally got someone's eyes closed (we all make mistakes!) and you want to see if I have one where they're open, I'm happy to go back and take a look. Just let me know!

DO YOU GIVE OUT RAW FILES? CAN I BUY THEM FROM YOU?

Yes, sometimes! They’re just not my primary focus. I am most comfortable with smaller family groups of four or less. I'm not great with newborns (just being honest!), but get along fine with toddlers and kids! I'm all for doing a lifestyle or maternity session, so reach out and let’s chat about our options.

HOW DO YOU EDIT?

I edit each session a little differently – I like to communicate the feel of the session through my edits. If the day was quite cloudy and dark, then it'll reflect in some gorgeously moody wedding photos. If it was bright and sunny and green, you'll see that reflected, too. You'll get a variety of film-looking edits along with your smooth, creamy edits. Images are edited to fit your day, not my feed – however, I do have a consistent style, which you can see on all my social platforms.

I split your payment into two parts. One third is due when you book, which is a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and my time. The rest is due at least two weeks prior to your date. I'm happy to break payments up after your deposit payment to work with your schedule and make things affordable for you. Your mom or dad is allowed to pay, but they’ll have to work out the payment through you, as you are my client. This saves us from any potential complications or miscommunications!

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

If you've already put down a deposit on a date and need to reschedule or cancel, that deposit is legally non-refundable, and you'll need to make a new deposit for a new date to be held.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

If the weather is not too bad, then we can embrace it! If it's raining so hard that my gear will get damaged and it will just be awful, I'm happy to reschedule with no fee for a new date.
